Company terms and conditions

Orders:

a) The customer may place orders by phone, email, or through the company’s website.

b) The customer will receive confirmation of their order by email or phone.

Payments:

a) Payments are accepted by bank transfer in advance to the company’s account or on delivery (COD).

Delivery:

a) Delivery is arranged by the company or a third party at the company’s expense.

b) The company is not responsible for delays in delivery due to unforeseeable circumstances (e.g. weather, traffic accidents, etc.).

c) In case of damage to the goods during delivery, the customer must contact the carrier and subsequently the company.

Complaints:

a) The customer has the right to return goods in the event of defects that were not caused by the customer.

b) Complaints must be filed within 5 days of receiving the goods.

c) In the case of a valid complaint, the customer is entitled to a replacement of goods or a refund.

Protection of Personal Data:

a) The company is obliged to protect the customer’s personal data.

b) The customer’s personal data is processed in accordance with applicable legislation.

c) The company may use the customer’s personal data for marketing purposes only with their consent.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

a) The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time.

b) Changes will be published on the company’s website.

c) The customer is obliged to familiarize themselves with the current terms and conditions before each order.
